What is EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)  Also known as Tapping and Energy Psychology.  EFT has its roots going back 5000 years ago in Ancient Chinese Monasteries where the Meridians that travel through the body were first mapped.  This is a healing technique, capable of dramatically relieving many physical and emotional smptoms.  It goes against the grain of conventional psychology as we know it with the belief that 'All negative emotions are caused by a disruption in the body's energy system.'

I have experinced this myself when suffering with chronic back pain I tried a great number of things including horrendous painkillers which I do not like taking but it did the job.  Then one day I had a lightbulb moment and thought I have not tried my EFT (you forget about the tools in your toolkit when you are suffering yourself) I then started carrying out EFT on myself and found this did in fact relieve the pain so along with my superb physio I no longer have the debilitating pain that was stopping me from having the lifestyle I was used to for over 6 months.  I have found it has also changed my mindset.

How it works

After consultation and picking one specific issue you wish to work on in that treatment.  You are given a tapping sequence with relevant phrases to say, this works on the Meridians within your body and as you work on these the intensity that you view that issue with decreases or may go away completely.  Deeper issues that you could possibly have forgotten about may surface this will then be worked on in the same way.  Afterwards you will need to rest and need to drink plenty of fluids as your body and mind processes the reactions you have experienced.
